Yogurt Loaf
Ingredients
1 carton of yogurt (any flavour)
Using the same carton measure
3 cartons self raising flour (3cups)
1 carton caster sugar (1cup)
1 carton corn oil (any type of vegetable oil) (1
cup)
3 eggs lightly beaten
Method
1 grease and line two 450g loaf tins
2 Sieve flour and sugar into a bowl
3 Make a well in the centre and add the yogurt, oil
and eggs
4 Pour into the prepared loaf tins
5 Bake (oven 190 degC/gas5) until well risen and
golden brown

Mars Bar Biscuits
Ingredients
2 Mars Bars
70g
Margarine
100g Rice Krispies
300g cooking chocolate
Equipment
Small swiss roll tin (greased)
Saucepan
Wooden spoon
Tablespoon
Large Bowl
Small bowl
Chopping board
Vegetable knife
Method
1.
Collect rice krispies in large bowl
2.
Chop mars bars into small pieces
3.
Put
mars bars and margarine in pan
4.
Cook over a low heat till margarine is melted and
mars bars soft. DO NOT BOIL.
5.
Press into swiss roll tin.
6.
Melt chocolate and spread over biscuits
7.
Once chocolate has set, cut into biscuits.
 
Pizza
Base
150g Soda Bread Flour
25g Margarine
100ml Buttermilk
Topping
2x15ml tomato sauce
50g cheese
Pinch mixed herbs
Choice of toppings
Equipment
Baking tray (greased)
Large bowl
Measuring jug
Table knife
Flour dredger
Grater
Chopping Board
Vegetable Knife
Small Bowl
Oven Temp: 200oC

Set Oven

Collect Equipment
3.
Collect Ingredients (flour + margarine in large
bowl, buttermilk in measuring jug, tomato sauce in
small bowl)
4.
Rub flour into margarine
5.
Stir in buttermilk a little at a time, mixing well
with a knife
6.
Shape into a round and place on baking tray
7.
Spread tomato sauce on base and add grated cheese
8.
Prepare toppings and add to pizza
9.
Sprinkle with mixed herbs
10.Bake until well risen and cheese is
bubbling and golden brown.
